Return and Refund Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
This return policy applies to the following country: United Kingdom.
Our return period is 30 days after receiving your order. After this period has expired, a return or exchange is unfortunately no longer possible.
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order if you received defective or damaged items, if you received the wrong size or color, if the item does not fit, or if you are not satisfied with the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS
Send an email to info@nalabella.com to request a return form.
Fill out the form and include it with your return shipment.
Send the package to the address provided by us. Use a shipping service with tracking.
After receiving the goods, we will refund the amount within 5 days.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The costs for returning items are generally borne by the customer and will not be refunded. This applies particularly to returns due to dissatisfaction or incorrect size.
Since the sender is responsible for the return shipment, we strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL) to ensure the package arrives safely.
Exception:
If your item was delivered damaged, defective or incorrectly, we will cover all return shipping costs. Our customer service will gladly assist you and provide the necessary information.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

REFUND
After we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund within 7 days and transfer the amount to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds:
If you do not receive your refund on time, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company if necessary.

A partial or denied refund may occur if:

EXCHANGE
The best way to exchange an item is to return it and then place a new order for the desired item.

RETURNS AFTER THE DEADLINE
Items returned after the 30-day period may be rejected or only partially refunded.
Please contact us in such cases for more information.
CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your order, you have one hour after placing the order to do so.
After this period, cancellations can no longer be processed because your order may already be under processing or shipping.
To cancel within the hour, email info@nalabella.com and include your order number.
After the one-hour period, you may initiate a return according to our return policy.
